These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Quorum mobile application ("the app"), published by Quorum-Games ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Quorum, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use Quorum on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

The questions and game content provided in Quorum are intended to be light and friendly. Any text you type into the app (such as player or group names) is your own content and your responsibility; please keep it appropriate for everyone you are playing with.
Quorum, its design, gameplay, logo, and content are owned by Quorum-Games and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Quorum is currently free and contains no in-app purchases. If paid features are added in the future, they will be governed by the App Store or Google Play purchase terms and any additional terms shown at the time.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quorum-Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
