Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Quorum ("the app", "we", "us"), published by Quorum-Games, handles information. By using Quorum you agree to this policy.

The short version

Quorum is a pass-and-play party game. It does not require an account or a login, and we do not sell your data or collect personal information that identifies you. We use privacy-respecting, anonymous analytics to understand how the app is used so we can make it better.

Information stored on your device

Anything you enter while playing — such as player names, group names, scores, and game history — is stored only on your own device. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and it is removed if you delete the app. You are responsible for the names you choose to enter.

Information we collect

Quorum uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous, aggregate usage and diagnostic information about how the app is used — for example, when a game is started or finished, which screens are viewed, and how many players or groups are involved. This also includes standard technical information your device shares with the analytics service, such as device model, operating system, app version, general region (derived from your IP address, which is not stored), and an anonymous app-instance identifier.

This data is not linked to your identity, is not used to track you across other apps or services, and never includes the names, answers, or any content you enter while playing. We use it only to understand usage and improve Quorum. Quorum contains no advertising and we do not sell your data.

App ratings & reviews

If you choose to rate Quorum, the rating prompt and the store page are provided by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Any review you write is handled by them under their own privacy policies. We do not receive personal information from this.

Children

Quorum is suitable for all ages and contains no objectionable content. We collect only anonymous analytics and no personal information, so we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-party services

Quorum uses Google Analytics for Firebase, provided by Google, to process the anonymous analytics described above. That processing is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase's privacy practices. We use no advertising networks and no cross-app tracking services.

Your choices

Because we collect only anonymous, aggregate analytics, there is no personal profile tied to you to access or delete. You can remove all of your on-device game data at any time by deleting the app, decline the optional rating prompt at any time, and contact us with any questions or requests.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
